I Co-conceived and launched a non-profit Francophone arts and music festival, running 11 consecutive nights in 2008–2010. Led visual identity and design across all festival materials; secured full funding through major sponsorships and partnerships. Collaborated on booking top-tier artists including Robert Charlebois, Les Cowboys Fringants, and Claude Dubois. Oversaw promotion, infrastructure logistics, ticketing integration, volunteer coordination, and hosted provincial cultural dignitaries—delivering a fully realized, nationally supported festival experience.
